Beware

Towne Park Residents,

Please beware the gazebo is taped off. Please do not cross or cut the tape to access. The gazebo is not safe, as we recently have been informed of beavers being in the lake and causing damage to the gazebo.

There is a lot of debris around the lake and amenities area. We ask, when you are in these areas you take your trash with you and dispose of properly.

The HOA board is working on proposals to clean up the area around the lake as well as the lake itself. We will send out an email to all residents, once a proposal has been voted on.
